Description
EnviZyme WW2 is used for biological balance for fruits, vegetables and wine waste water. EnviZyme WW2 contains a specially formulated range of high performance microorganisms, enzymes and micronutrients that enhance microbial activity to treat a broad spectrum of organic wastes. EnviZyme WW2 enhances the removal of high concentrations of BOD and COD and helps to control suspended solids. The bacteria strains in EnviZyme WW2 enhance the existing biomass to increase overall efficiency, in order to keep the plant performance at optimal efficiency.

- brewing and fermentation
Optimum conditions for use
The bacteria in EnviZyme WW2 performs within a pH range of between 4.5 and 9.0, with optimum activity near a pH of 7.0. Temperature affects the growth rate of the bacterial population and activity improves to a temperature between 37°C and 38°C (99°F to 100°F). No appreciable activity can be expected below 5°C (40°F) and above 40°C (104°F).
Preparation
EnviZyme WW2 may be added directly to the waste influent stream or aerated basin. For toxic wastes or short retention times, re-hydration for between 30 to 90 minutes prior to its addition to a waste system is recommended, using two gallons of water per 500g of EnviZyme WW2. For best results, the make-up water temperature range should be between 21°C and 31°C (70°F to 90°F).
Storage and handling
Store in a cool dry place at room temperature. The recommended storage temperature is within a range of 1°C and 23°C (34°F to 73°F). Avoid excessive inhalation. Avoid contact with eyes. Wash hands thoroughly with warm, soapy water after handling.
