EnviZyme ODO CAP

Description

EnviZyme ODO CAP is a concentrated liquid extract produced from natural resources that has been specifically developed to enhance growth and reproduction of facultative bacteria, thus eliminating undesirable by-products which include odours. EnviZyme ODO CAP consists of micronutrients, amino acids and complex organic extracts considered to be the building blocks for growth and synthesis of new cell material. EnviZyme ODO CAP promotes propagation by facultative bacteria, which are able to breakdown the organic matter while eliminating odorous substances.

Application

General application rates for waste water, ponds and/or lagoons range from 5 ppm to 100 ppm monthly, based on the system in situ. For optimum results, specified applications are administered in multiple applications throughout the month or on a normal injection schedule. For biological tank applications, continuous injection of the product is recommended and rates are calculated based on the GPM or GPD, holding times and additional processing systems available after the initial treatment. Application rates for organic waste materials can vary significantly according to dilution rates, material type and the desired outcome. A good ratio is 120 – 240 ml (4 to 8 oz) of EnviZyme ODO CAP concentrate per cubic metre (or yard) of material, respectively. EnviZyme ODO CAP may be successfully applied to a diverse range of industrial sectors including manufacturing, agriculture, mining and municipal industrial lagoons as well as being included in environmental management programs.

Conditions for use

For the bioactivation and odour control of wastes which show resistance to bio remediation with biological bacterial products. EnviZyme ODO CAP works well in situations where the waste substance’s pH is below 6.0 or above 8.0. Colder or higher temperatures do not affect EnviZyme ODO CAP. EnviZyme ODO CAP is not affected by the presence of biocides.

Preparation

EnviZyme ODO CAP is highly concentrated and should be diluted with water prior to every application. EnviZyme ODO CAP should be mixed at a minimum of five parts clean water to one part concentrate and as high as 200 parts of clean water to one part of concentrate. To achieve EnviZyme ODO CAP’s optimum performance, it is imperative that the water temperature range should be between 5°C and 36°C (40°F to 98°F). EnviZyme ODO CAP may be used as a detergent and/or odour eliminator by adding 10 to 15ml per cubic metre of water for normal cleaning of walls, floors, pens, cages and furrowing crates. The same solution may be introduced to effectively reduce unpleasant ammonia emissions and other offensive odours. EnviZyme ODO CAP is compatible with most disinfectants and soaps. Proper application and treatment levels depend on a variety of factors and odour control systems are specifically designed for each application and for each individual facility’s odour mitigation needs. Storage and handling

Store in a cool dry place at room temperature. The recommended storage temperature is within a range of 1°C and 23°C (34°F to 73°F). Avoid excessive inhalation. Avoid contact with eyes. Wash hands thoroughly with warm, soapy water after handling.
